You can use any fruit you prefer but for this one below I have used blueberries.  You can choose to use mango, strawberries or even raspberries.

A handy tip to use for when lining the pan with non stick baking paper – scrunch up the paper into a ball first as this prevents it from moving around when laying this in the pan.  I also use large bulldog clips to hold the paper in place when filling up the pan with mixture, but just remember, if the recipe calls for baking, to remove them before placing the pan into the oven! 

I find it easier preparing meals, when I check through the recipe first and measure all the ingredients so I have them at hand.
