What will you do in your one on one Personal Training session?

I offer one on one personal training and our workout routines will include a combination of strength training, core training, resistance training and cardio activity. These routines will change as you progress and get better.  

I also offer back to back sessions at a reduced price, provided the sessions are held at the same location. What a great way for family and friends to get fit together.
