My solid background and expertise in boxing gives me the ability to teach you the skills that I have acquired over the years. We will focus on pad work, boxing combinations and develop proper punch and movement techniques.

I supply all the equipment including boxing gloves and for good hygiene practice, I will provide you with brand new inner glove liners for you to keep for our workout routines.
