Private Boxing Trainer

I offer boxing for fitness as part of your Personal Training workout routine, which a lot of my clients have told me is a welcome change to their fitness routine.  

My solid background and expertise in boxing gives me the ability to teach you the skills that I have acquired over the years.   We will focus on pad work, boxing combinations and develop proper punch and movement techniques.

A Boxing Trainer is a specialist trainer focusing on boxing; we will focus specifically technique, combinations, foot work and fitness.

What equipment do I need for Boxing?

I supply all the equipment including boxing gloves and for good hygiene practice, I will provide you with brand new inner glove liners for you to keep for our workout routines.
